Safety

Safety is not only the major part for science but also for the whole life. We have to carry out safety in every moment.

What is Safety?

The goal of transforming the severity and likelihood of risk to lower acceptable levels,  that is inherent in all human activity.

Accident may happen any time:

KNOW SAFETY NO PAIN
NO SAFETY KNOW PAIN

There are three stapes take place for accident:

1. ERRORS (UNREPORTED
OCCURRENCES)

2. INCIDENTS

3. ACCIDENTS

For safety we can follow few things:

1.                What happened yesterday is an important factor for safety management.
2.                Sharing yesterdays experience can prevent today's errors.

3.                   Sharing experience is the easiest way of knowledge and technology transfer.
4.                Sharing experience is a motivational instrument that supports a systemic perspective of error management and learning
5.                  ‘Nurturing’ small errors and near-miss incidents in a continuous, incremental process
6.                   Finally, Avoid learning the wrong things - cutting corners, fatalism toward errors.

All safety actions is not only for one week, maintain this safety activities all the time which will save our man, machine and help us to reach our goal………

Creation of the world

From the very beginning a lot of scientists and many other cleaver men trying hard and soul to prove that this world has created from a great universal crash. Actually they like to say that the world created naturally. No God or Goddess takes place here.

I strongly oppose there thought. I want to give one example which will be enough to prove them wrong.

Suppose two cars hit each other on the road and some glasses broken down on the road. Is there will be any peace of glass which can be used as optics without making in perfect size. It is quite impossible to find out any peace of glass which will be perfect size for direct use as optics. If we want to use as optics then we have to change that peace of glass by machine.

So how is it possible to create such a beautiful world just crash between to planets? Every thing in this world arrange in a proper way. Sunrise, sunset, season change, rivers, hills, sea etc set in the right place for the benefit of human.

So there is some one who has arranged this world in such a beautiful way and  he is our almighty God.

Stoke & Heat stoke & Silent stoke

Stoke:         The National Stroke Association defines a stroke as “a sudden disruption of the blood supply to a part of the brain, which, in turn, disrupts the body function controlled by that brain area.” In short, you might call a stroke a “heart attack” that occurs in the brain.

Effect:
  • Paralysis or weakness on the right side of the body
  • Depression
  • An inability to understand language
  • Trouble speaking
  • Memory problems
  • Decreased attention span

Heat stroke          Defined by a body temperature of greater than 40.6 °C (105.1 °F) due to environmental heat exposure with lack of thermoregulation. Symptoms include dry skin, rapid, strong pulse and dizziness.

Sign and symptoms

Heat stroke presents with a hyperthermia of greater than 40.6 °C (105.1 °F) in combination with confusion and a lack of sweating.
This list, known as the KBUDWA list, includes:
  • Known signs/symptoms of heat-related illnesses
  • Block out direct sun or other heat sources
  • Use cooling fans/air-conditioning; rest regularly
  • Drink sufficient water
  • Wear lightweight, light colored, loose-fitting clothes
  • Avoid alcohol, caffeinated drinks, or heavy meals
 Silent stroke
A silent stroke is a stroke that does not have any outward symptoms, and the patients are typically unaware they have suffered a stroke. Despite not causing identifiable symptoms, a silent stroke still causes damage to the brain, and places the patient at increased risk for both transient ischemic attack and major stroke in the future. Conversely, those who have suffered a major stroke are at risk of having silent strokes

Sky net

Definition of Sky net

An artificially intelligent system that will become self-aware and turn against mankind on "Judgment Day," waging a war against the human resistance, led by John Connor. Some suspect Kevin Reilly may have a hand in the creation or instigation of SkyNet.

Skynet may refer to:
  1. Skynet (satellite), a UK military communications system
  2. Skynet (Terminator), a fictional computer network, the primary antagonist in the Terminator series of films
  3. SkyNET, a 1996 PC game based on The Terminator film series
Skynet may also refer as following:
1.   Skynet (airline), a Russian regional airline based in the Krasnoyarsk Airport.
2.    Skynet Asia Airways, a low-cost Japanese airline
3.    Skynet Airlines, a defunct Irish airline
4.    Sky Network Television, a New Zealand pay television service
5.    theSkyNet, a distributed computing platform for radio astronomy data produced by the Australian Square Kilometre Array Pathfinder

Different branches of science.

It is very difficult for me to collect the name of all branches of science. There are few branches of science are given below:
1.      Aerodynamics: the study of the motion of gas on objects and the forces created
2.      Anatomy: the study of the structure and organization of living things
3.      Anthropology: the study of human cultures both past and present
4.      Archaeology: the study of the material remains of cultures
5.      Astronomy: the study of celestial objects in the universe
6.      Astrophysics: the study of the physics of the universe
7.      Bacteriology: the study of bacteria in relation to disease
8.      Biophysics: the application of theories and methods of the physical sciences to questions of biology
9.      Biology: the science that studies living organisms
10.    Botany: the scientific study of plant life
11.    Chemical Engineering: the application of science, mathematics, and economics to the process of converting raw materials or chemicals into more useful or valuable forms
12.    Chemistry: the science of matter and its interactions with energy and itself
13.    Climatology: the study of climates and investigations of its phenomena and causes
14.    Computer Science: the systematic study of computing systems and computation
15.    Ecology: the study of how organisms interact with each other and their environment
16.    Electronics: science and technology of electronic phenomena
17.    Engineering: the practical application of science to commerce or industry
18.    Entomology: the study of insects
19.    Environmental Science: the science of the interactions between the physical, chemical, and biological components of the environment
20.    Forestry: the science of studying and managing forests and plantations, and related natural resources
21.    Genetics: the science of genes, heredity, and the variation of organisms
22.    Geology: the science of the Earth, its structure, and history
23.    Marine Biology: the study of animal and plant life within saltwater ecosystems

We can also define science as following:
According to the New Collegiate Dictionary, the definition of science is "knowledge attained through study or practice,"

Bangladesh Planning to Launch Best Satellite of World

Bangladesh is planning to launch it's own maiden satellite "Bangabandhu-1" to compete with the advanced era of science and technology.
Bangladesh Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (BTRC) commissioner Mallik Sudhir Chandra detailed the advancement of the project to banglanews staff correspondents Monowarul Islam and Shariful Islam.“We have no practical experience in launching a satellite so we are at a beginning stage,” Mallik Sudhir Chandra began.

“Planning, designing, expenditure calculation, place selection in the space--all these are under preparation,” he said.

Appointment of a consultant firm in this connection is underway, he added.

“Initially, we tried to find out local experts but failed, so we are now in the process of finding international experts,” said BTRC commissioner.

Sudhir Chandra said, “We have applied to the International Telecommunications Union (ITU), a regulatory body of world telecommunications, for place in the space for the proposed satellite.”

The international consulting firm, once appointed, will coordinate negotiations with ITU, Shudhir informed.

He said, “Initially we applied for an honorary expert from ITU but got no response. Now we are thinking about getting a paid expert from the organisation.”

Calling an international tender in this connection is underway, informed Sudhir Chandra.
