Safety

Safety is not only the major part for science but also for the whole life. We have to carry out safety in every moment.

What is Safety?

The goal of transforming the severity and likelihood of risk to lower acceptable levels,  that is inherent in all human activity.

Accident may happen any time:

KNOW SAFETY NO PAIN
NO SAFETY KNOW PAIN

There are three stapes take place for accident:

1. ERRORS (UNREPORTED
OCCURRENCES)

2. INCIDENTS

3. ACCIDENTS

For safety we can follow few things:

1.                What happened yesterday is an important factor for safety management.
2.                Sharing yesterdays experience can prevent today's errors.

3.                   Sharing experience is the easiest way of knowledge and technology transfer.
4.                Sharing experience is a motivational instrument that supports a systemic perspective of error management and learning
5.                  ‘Nurturing’ small errors and near-miss incidents in a continuous, incremental process
6.                   Finally, Avoid learning the wrong things - cutting corners, fatalism toward errors.

All safety actions is not only for one week, maintain this safety activities all the time which will save our man, machine and help us to reach our goal………
